K., 28 years old, married with two children, is a professional project planning and control engineer currently managing complex development projects. In her youth, she volunteered in various roles, including on the city’s Youth Council, to drive changes and address the needs of young people in all aspects. Even then, K. knew she was passionate about leading projects, analysing needs, and solving problems, and she discovered her abilities in team leadership and management.
Later, during her national service in the Prime Minister’s Office, K. led a team in the research field, handling large-scale, long-term projects under pressure, tight deadlines, high accuracy standards, and the need to find solutions to complex and dynamic challenges.
After completing her meaningful service, K. chose to further develop her skills in leadership, management, and project execution. She graduated with honors in Industrial Engineering and Management, specializing in Information Systems Engineering, and is currently in her second year of a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering.
Today, K. works in the Engineering and Development division of the Military Aircraft Division, where she has been employed for over five years. During this time, she managed a cutting-edge business project that required intensive effort and unwavering dedication. Additionally, K. oversees all aspects of planning and control for key, significant, and challenging development initiatives in the division.
In her role, K. demonstrates leadership, creativity in solving complex problems, teamwork, and dedication. She collaborates closely to meet business goals, ensuring customer and management satisfaction.
