Age: 27 | Organization: Israel Aerospace Industries | Position: Algorithm Developer for Tracking and Classification
After completing her national service at the Soreq Nuclear Research Center, A. discovered her passion for innovative technologies. This led her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at Bar-Ilan University, specializing in Signal Processing and Communication, which she completed with honors. Currently, she is finalizing her master’s degree in a thesis track focusing on Information Processing and Data Science, under the guidance of Professor Sharon Gannot, in collaboration with Meta Reality Labs. A. joined ELTA as an algorithm developer in signal processing during her studies and officially became part of the company after graduation. She proudly states that she is honored to be part of a company that plays a significant role in national security.
Today, A. works at ELTA as an algorithm developer specializing in tracking and classification in the field of signal processing within the Software Division. She has participated in prominent and widely recognized projects, such as the Iron Dome and David’s Sling radars, as well as classified, sensitive projects.
Additionally, A. is involved in the development of new AI and DNN-based projects. Her role requires creativity in developing advanced algorithms, delivering rapid solutions, and building dedicated infrastructures to enable quick feasibility assessments for algorithm development.
A. and her team work closely with business units in the division and software teams in the department to meet goals and ensure the satisfaction of the company’s system engineering teams and clients.
