H.

Age: 29 | Organization: Elbit | Position: Systems Engineer
H., a young and trailblazing systems engineer at Elbit, is only 29 years old. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has been working as a systems engineer in the field of payload systems for over three years, contributing to projects such as SPECTRO 12 and Drone CU.
As an ambitious engineer, H. began her journey at Elbit during her undergraduate studies. Her first project was developing the SPECTRO 12 payload, a groundbreaking addition to the business unit’s portfolio in the field of visual intelligence. This system is the next generation of Elbit’s renowned SPECTRO payload, one of the leading payloads globally. It is an advanced electro-optical observation system combining cutting-edge sensors and innovative image processing, delivering superior capabilities and high-quality intelligence, even in poor visibility conditions.
When the conflict in Gaza erupted, H. once again demonstrated her dedication and sense of mission in her work. She joined the Drone CU project as a systems engineer—a unique airborne system designed for drones—while continuing her work on the ongoing payload project. The Drone CU project was fast-tracked due to urgent operational needs, and through intensive effort, the system was operational within just two months. This project, which significantly enhances intelligence gathering for military forces under diverse conditions, has made a vital contribution to the Israel Defense Forces during the conflict. H.’s creativity, skills, and efforts played a crucial role in launching and rapidly operationalizing this critical system.
